CX Appeal: Elevating From Marketing Ops to CX Ops

When: 11:15 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2018

At this session, join speaker Gerry Murray of IDC and moderator Erica Seidel of The Connective Good to learn how to establish CX ops, what a CX team looks like, how to lead a CX team even if you don’t own it and much more. 

Solving the Sales and Marketing Alignment Challenge: Financial Force and LeanData

When: 1:30 p.m. to 2:15 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2018

Using Martech to Deliver Rapid Growth at Scale
